At Dockerrs, we know you want your new gear fast. This policy explains exactly how we handle getting your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Most orders are packed and ready to leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. This includes checking your items, folding them carefully, and securing the package. Weekends and federal holidays are not counted as business days. If we run into a question about your order, we will email you using the address you provided.
Where We Ship
Right now, we deliver only to addresses within the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. If you live outside these areas, please check back later as we hope to expand.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, you can expect it to arrive in about 3 to 5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote parts of the country or severe weather may add a day or two.
Shipping Cost
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on every order sent to a U.S. address. No minimum purchase is required. There are no extra handling fees or fuel surcharges.
Carriers
We work with well-known shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We pick the best option for your location and package weight. All shipments include a tracking number so you can watch your package move.
Order Tracking
Once we ship your items, we will email a tracking link to you. You can also check the status in your account dashboard under “Order History.” Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to show movement.
Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as you place the order. We can usually update it within the first hour. Once the package leaves our building, we cannot reroute it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but go missing. If you think your package is lost, please check with your neighbors and contact the carrier using the tracking number. We will help if we can, but the final claim is between you and the shipping company.
